Payments and refund policy

The Center provides educational services on the terms of advance payment. The cost of services indicated on the website aceacademy.ru does not include the registration fee in the amount of 380 rubles. Payment of the registration fee is made at the time of signing the Educational Services Agreement.     To select payment for services using a bank card, on the corresponding page you must click the ‘Pay for order’ button. Payment is made through SBERBANK ‘ using bank cards of the following payment systems: Visa, MasterCard, MIR.

    To pay (enter your card details), you will be redirected to the payment gateway of SBERBANK. Connection to the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure, you may also need to enter a special password to complete the payment.

    This site supports 256-bit encryption. The confidentiality of the personal information provided is ensured by SBERBANK. The information entered will not be provided to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Payments by bank cards are made in strict accordance with the requirements of the payment systems MIR, Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl.

    • • by non-cash bank transfer to the current account of the Center.

    For legal entities: transfer funds to the current bank account of the Center, according to the issued invoice.

     

    • • in cash: pay at the cash desk of the Center.

The Student’s obligations to pay for services are considered fulfilled when the funds are received in the current account or at the cash desk of the Center.

Educational services under this Agreement are not subject to value added tax (VAT) on the basis of subparagraph 14, paragraph 2, article 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Receipt of educational services

The Educational Center provides services at the address: Lenin Street, 69a, Almetyevsk. If the Student is unable to attend classes in person, classes may be conducted online using the Internet. The Center provides educational services in this manner (via the Internet) only upon prior agreement with the Center.

Refund of the cost of unclaimed or partially claimed services

Refunds for paid services are made on the basis of an application for a refund. In case of receipt of an application for refund of funds from the Student or, if the Student has not reached the age of majority, the legal representative of the Student, the Center returns the paid funds to the Student/legal representative, minus the cost of the academic hours used by the Student and retains the cost of the registration fee. Refund of the cost of educational materials in case of termination of the agreement is not made. Refund of funds to the Student is made at the address: Lenin Street, 69a, Almetyevsk, upon personal visit to the Center.
